South San Francisco, California, May 20, 1998 -Commercial Fueling Network (CFN) a nationwide network of commercial fueling sites, has announced the rollout of their new operating system, CFN 4.0, after extensive research, development and testing.

CFN 4.0 will offer an on-line system with features such as immediate lockout of invalid cards, real time authorization, time and day of week fueling restrictions, velocity controls, fueling restrictions by state, enhanced product restrictions, account credit controls, Internet capabilities including on-line information, and Local Area Network capabilities.

CFN is providing their members the technology necessary to compete in commercial fueling into the 21^st century.

CFN members can offer their customers the controls and benefits necessary to efficiently run their fleet while saving them time and keeping them informed of their fleet's fueling activity on a real time basis.

Each member of CFN can "profile" their customers offering a system customized to their individual needs. Fleet operators can now control their fleet's fueling activity based on their requested perimeters and requirements.
