Purchase Price Formula for Multi-Network Card (defined term "FLEETWIDE") Transactions at Non-CFN Sites

The Purchase Price Formula for “FleetWide” Card at Fuelman Network Sites is set forth below:

CFN Purchase Price for all products shall be:

1) the percent set forth in the table below of the full extended retail credit amount for each product; less, 2) any and all applicable tax amounts, divided by 3) the number of units of each product.

CFN and FleetCor reserve the right to apply a higher percentage to any national merchant where the Fuelman Merchant payment policy requires a higher settlement price per unit.
