The Card screen
displays the following information on a card: Status, Profile, Account #,
Date Updated, Time Updated, POS Restriction, Txn Count,
Txn Date, Odom, and
Exp Date. The card number
will be a hyperlink which means that you can click on.
If you click on the card number the system will
bring you to the Card
Modification Screen. Below the card
information is the Card
Submenu which has the following menus: Card Profile, Card History,
Transactions, Authorizations, and
Alarm. Clicking on the Card History link will
bring you to the Card
Update History screen. This will only show
updates that were performed on the CFNnet page. The
screen has the following information: Card
#, Status, Profile #, Account #, Date Updated, Time Updated
(Host time), POS
Restrict, Txn Count, Txn Date (shows the date of
the last transaction when update was done.), Odom,
Updated By, Updated From (displays the IP address
of the computer where update was performed), Reason
(if any was entered). Clicking on the
Transactions and
Authorizations
link will give you the transaction and authorizations
for the selected card. Clicking on the
Alarm link will
give you option to add e-mail address(s) in the E-mail field. This
is the address to which notifications of when the card
is swiped will be sent. Separate multiple e-mail
addresses with a space. Enter a site number
in the Site field.
If you leave it blank, CFN will alert you when the
card is used at any site in the network. If you
enter a site number, it must be one of your card issuer
sites. Click on the Save button.
Note:
CFN will send you 2 notifications, one for the authorization
and a second one for the completed transaction. |
