Profile Maintenance

Overview

 

The Profile Maintenance screens allow you to add and modify system-wide profiles to be used whenever you log into the WebNCC. They are entered and maintained by you, and therefore will be different for each Participant.  All Profile Maintenance procedures can be reached through the Profile Maintenance Screen.

 

  1. From the Main Menu, or the menu bar at the top of the screen, select Maintenance.

  2. From here you can select:

 

  • Modify Company Profile - Add and modify company information and card templates.

  • Modify User Profile - Add and modify user and password information

 

NOTE:  There are three levels of access for User Permissions

  1. Read Only - users can access every screen, but only view the information. Read Only users can neither modify existing data nor add new data.

  2. Read/Write - users can access every screen, and add and modify new and existing data.

  3. Manager - users can access ever screen, add and modify data, and add other users of all access levels to the system.
